Please call him with concerns during those off hours when the office is not open. Please remember if you request service during after hours or weekends or holidays special rates apply and you must satisfy the technician that everything has been done (purchase order or signature of responsible party authorized) to responsibly sign for charges for service. Pleae ask about the exact hourly rates and minimums that apply for the call you are considering.
